Myke C-Town’s Vinyl Collection Part 1
Here’s my first video of me going through my vinyl collection. After my “Top 10 Non-Hip Hop Releases of 2012″ a lot of you started asking for this, so I’m finally doing it. Again, sorry about the hissing sound. My laptop isn’t so happy these days. I will, hopefully, do these once a week until I’ve gotten all the way through Z. But, for the rest of them, I’ll try not to have so much rambling.
Nardwuar Interviews DJ Premier
Nardwuar probably works harder than most up-and-coming rappers; he certainly networks more. If you’re not familiar, he has an eccentric and unconventional interview style where he digs up obscure tidbits from an artist’s past and their taste in music. Really interesting stuff. Here he is kicking it with Preemo about James Brown, Gang Starr, and his extensive vinyl knowledge.
